Fixed-Price Reviews
One decision, one senior read, one fixed price.
Some technology decisions don't need a consultant on retainer. They need someone who has sat on the other side of the table to look at the thing before you commit. These are single engagements at a fixed price. You know the cost before you start, and you get an answer you can act on.
Vendor Quote Sanity Check. $750
You have a quote for software, hardware, or IT services and no way to know if it's fair. I read the quote, check the scope against what you actually need, flag what's padded, missing, or priced above market, and tell you what to push back on.
You get a short written read and a call to walk through it before you respond to the vendor.
Contract Review Before You Sign. $1,000
A technology contract is sitting in your inbox waiting for a signature. Lawyers check the legal drafting. I check the substance: what you're actually committed to, exit terms, what happens to your data, service levels that mean something versus ones that don't, and the clauses vendors rely on you not reading.
You get a written review of the risks in plain language and a call to decide what to negotiate before you sign.
IT Hire Interview Support. $1,500
You're hiring a technical person and nobody on the panel can test what the candidates claim. I bring the question set, sit in the interviews with you, and give you a written read on each candidate: what they actually know, where they stretched, and who I'd hire.
Need the role shaped first? For $2,500 I also write the position description and define what the role actually needs before anyone interviews, so you're testing candidates against the right job.
How it works.
Book, send the material, and I'll confirm scope before anything is charged. Quote and contract reviews turn around in two to three business days. Interview support runs across your hiring round.
If what you send turns out to be bigger than a fixed-price review, I'll say so before we start, not after.
