Zyrilium AI Solutions

Some technology problems are hard to see from inside the business.

AI is the loudest current example, but the pattern is older than AI. Staff pasting client information into ChatGPT, software nobody uses, an IT provider nobody is checking. A senior outside read catches what the inside view cannot.

A second opinion, not a pitch.

AI Risk Health Check

Where AI is already in the business and nobody is sure what is exposed.

A fixed-price review of what AI tools are already in use, what data they touch, and what needs attention first. Delivered as a plain report. $2,500 to $7,000, fixed.

Fixed-price reviews

A senior read before you sign, buy, or hire.

A Vendor Quote Sanity Check. A Contract Review before you sign. IT Hire Interview Support if you cannot judge a technical hire alone. Small, fixed-price, no retainer.

Fractional CIO

The senior IT person you can call on, without hiring one.

One to two days a week, or on call for the moments that need it. For businesses that need senior oversight without a full-time executive hire.

What this is not.

Not implementation

I do not build AI systems, configure tools, or manage deployments.

Not a vendor

I have no affiliate arrangements and no interest in which tool you choose. My only interest is that the decision was made well.

Not promising transformation

AI may improve parts of your operation. It may not. The honest answer depends on specifics I have not looked at yet.

Not a cheerleader

I have watched technology adoption go wrong in large organisations more times than I can count. I am not here to add to the noise.

This is run by one person, not a firm. I have sat on both sides of the technology decisions I now help other people make, from doing the work itself through to reporting on it at board level. The work does not get handed off to someone more junior.

A 15-minute call is enough to work out whether this is worth pursuing. If it is not, I will say so.
